Situated in the heart of the Bluegrass region, Summit Salon Academy-Lexington offers students the opportunity to study cosmetology in the city that is home to the Kentucky Derby. The Academy is located in a state-of-the-art facility that features over 10,000 square feet of space, including classrooms, a salon floor, and a spa.

The curriculum at Summit Salon Academy-Lexington is designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the cosmetology field. The Academy offers a variety of programs, including a cosmetology program, an esthetics program, and a nail technology program. Students in the cosmetology program receive training in hair cutting, styling, and coloring, as well as nail care and skin care. The esthetics program provides students with training in facials, makeup application, and body treatments. The nail technology program trains students in manicures, pedicures, and nail art.

In addition to the hands-on training that students receive in the classroom and on the salon floor, Summit Salon Academy-Lexington also offers a number of other opportunities to help students succeed. The Academy offers a variety of workshops and seminars, as well as an externship program that allows students to gain real-world experience.

Summit Salon Academy-Lexington is accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences (NACCAS). The Academy is also a member of the American Association of Cosmetology Schools (AACS) and the Association of Beauty Professionals (ABP).
