Northern Technical College (NTC) is a two-year institution of higher education located in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. NTC is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. The college offers Associate of Applied Science degrees, certificates, and technical diplomas in a variety of career and technical fields.

NTC was established in 1965 as a vocational-technical school to provide training for high school students and adults in the Pine Bluff area. The school became a branch of the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville in 1987 and was renamed Northern Technical College. NTC became an independent college in 1991.

NTC offers over 30 career and technical programs of study, including agriculture, automotive technology, business and office technology, cosmetology, culinary arts, health care, industrial technology, and welding. The college also offers adult education and literacy programs, as well as workforce development and continuing education courses.

NTC has a strong commitment to student success and provides a variety of services to help students reach their academic and career goals. These services include academic advising, career counseling, tutoring, and job placement assistance. NTC also offers a variety of student support services, such as child care, disability services, and food pantries.

NTC is located on a 100-acre campus in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The campus includes a library, computer lab, and classrooms equipped with the latest technology. The college also has a variety of athletic and recreational facilities, including a gymnasium, weight room, and tennis courts.
