Industrial Technical College (ITC) is a public institution of higher learning located in Humacao, Puerto Rico. It is part of the University of Puerto Rico system. The college offers programs of study leading to the Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in various technical and industrial fields.

ITC was founded in 1966 as the Escuela Técnica Industrial de Humacao (ETIH). It was created in response to the need for trained personnel in the industrial and technical fields in Puerto Rico. The school began with only a handful of students and a few faculty members.

Since its humble beginnings, ITC has grown steadily. It now has an enrollment of over 2,000 students and a faculty of over 100. The college offers a wide variety of programs in fields such as electronics, computer technology, mechanics, and welding.

ITC is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. It is also a member of the Association of Puerto Rican Colleges and Universities.
