Emerald Coast Technical College (ECTC) is a public, two-year institution of higher education located in DeFuniak Springs, Walton County, Florida. The college is part of the Florida College System and offers technical and career education programs. ECTC is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award associate degrees and diplomas.

ECTC was established in 1975 as the Walton Area Vocational-Technical Center to provide vocational and technical education to the residents of Walton County. The name was changed to Emerald Coast Technical Institute in 1980, and again to Emerald Coast Technical College in 1988. The college moved to its current campus in DeFuniak Springs in 1993.

ECTC offers over 50 programs of study leading to associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. Programs are divided into six career clusters: Business and Information Technology, Health Sciences, Industrial and Construction Technology, Public Safety, Service and Hospitality, and Transportation and Logistics. The college also offers adult education and continuing education courses, as well as workforce training programs.

ECTC is committed to providing quality education that is accessible and affordable. The college offers a variety of financial aid options, including grants, scholarships, and loans, to help students meet the cost of tuition and other expenses. ECTC also participates in the Florida Prepaid College Plan and the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program.
