The Chicago Professional Center is a mixed-use development in Prospect Heights, Illinois that includes office, retail, and residential space. The center is located on the northwest corner of Milwaukee Avenue and Prospect Avenue, just north of downtown Chicago. The project was developed by a joint venture between Prospect Heights-based developer Sterling Bay and Chicago-based real estate investment firm JLL Partners. The project broke ground in October 2014 and was completed in November 2015.

The Chicago Professional Center is a seven-story building with approximately 400,000 square feet of space. The first floor of the building is occupied by a 30,000-square-foot retail space that is leased to Whole Foods Market. The remaining six floors of the building are leased to a variety of office tenants, including the law firm of Sidley Austin LLP, which occupies the entire second floor. The building also includes a rooftop deck and a two-level parking garage with space for approximately 200 vehicles.
