Arizona Culinary Institute (ACI) is a private, for-profit culinary school located in Scottsdale, Arizona. The school offers Associate's and Bachelor's degrees in Culinary Arts, as well as a certificate program. ACI is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC).

The school was founded in 1981 by Chef John LeSueur, who also served as the school's first president. In its early years, ACI was located in Phoenix, Arizona. In 1986, the school moved to its current location in Scottsdale.

ACI's curriculum focuses on both the culinary arts and business aspects of the food industry. The school offers hands-on training in ACI's on-campus restaurants, as well as classroom instruction in subjects such as nutrition, food safety, and menu planning.

Graduates of ACI's Culinary Arts program have gone on to careers as chefs, restaurant owners, caterers, and food writers. The school's alumni also include several notable TV personalities, such as Top Chef winner Hosea Rosenberg and Chopped judge Scott Conant.
