Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences (KCUMB) is a private, non-profit medical school located in Kansas City, Missouri. It was founded in 1916 as the Kansas City College of Osteopathy and is the oldest osteopathic medical school in continuous operation in the United States. The university is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

KCUMB offers the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree and graduate degrees in biomedical sciences. The university's main campus is located on a 28-acre (11 ha) campus in the city's Hospital Hill neighborhood just north of downtown Kansas City. The campus includes several academic and administrative buildings, a library, a student center, and on-campus housing for students, faculty, and staff. The university also operates a second campus in Joplin, Missouri, which houses the school's osteopathic manipulative medicine program.

KCUMB's mission is to educate students in the art and science of medicine and to prepare them for careers as osteopathic physicians. The university's curriculum is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become competent, compassionate, and ethical physicians. KCUMB also emphasizes the importance of community service and provides opportunities for students to participate in service-learning projects.

In 2019, the university enrolled 1,107 students in its D.O. program and graduate programs. KCUMB's alumni include more than 8,000 licensed osteopathic physicians.
