Founded in 1902, Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary is a graduate institution that trains men and women for the ministry. The seminary offers Master of Divinity, Master of Arts in Christian Ministry, and Doctor of Ministry degrees, as well as a number of certificate programs. Located in Austin, Texas, the seminary is affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (USA).

Practical experience is an important part of the seminary experience. All students are required to complete an internship, and many students also participate in international mission trips. The seminary also offers a number of clinical programs, such as the Counseling Center and the Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary Clinic, which provide students with opportunities to gain hands-on experience in ministry.
