Founded in 1870, Wilmington College is a private, liberal arts college located in Wilmington, Ohio, United States. The college offers bachelor's degrees in the arts and sciences, master's degrees in education and business administration, and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. The college is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. The college's athletic teams compete in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC). The college has an enrollment of approximately 1,200 students.

Wilmington College was founded by the Methodist Episcopal Church in 1870 as Wilmington College and Western Female College. The college was originally located in Wilmington, Ohio, and offered both men's and women's programs. In 1874, the college relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio, and became coeducational. In 1879, the college returned to Wilmington and resumed its status as a women's college. In 1904, the college became a coeducational institution and began offering bachelor's degrees. In 1960, the college's name was changed to Wilmington College. The college began offering graduate degrees in 1965.

The college is located on a 100-acre (40.5 ha) campus in Wilmington, Ohio. The college has four residence halls, two academic buildings, a library, a gymnasium, and a student center.
