William Peace University is a small, private, coeducational university located in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina. The university was founded in 1857 as Peace Institute, a women's college. In 2012, the university changed its name to William Peace University. The university offers bachelor's degrees in business, education, and liberal arts, and master's degrees in business administration and teaching.
