The University of Puerto Rico at Arecibo (UPR Arecibo) is a public university located in the city of Arecibo, Puerto Rico. Founded in 1966, it is part of the University of Puerto Rico system. The university offers bachelor's and master's degrees in a variety of disciplines, including engineering, sciences, and liberal arts.

UPR Arecibo is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. It is also a member of the Association of American Universities and the American Association of State Colleges and Universities.

The university has a student body of approximately 5,000 students, with a faculty of over 400. The campus covers an area of over 100 acres (40 hectares).

UPR Arecibo offers a wide range of student services, including academic advising, career counseling, tutoring, and financial aid. The university also has a number of student organizations, including a chapter of the Puerto Rican Student Federation.

UPR Arecibo is located in the city of Arecibo, which is situated on the north coast of Puerto Rico. The city is home to a number of tourist attractions, including the Arecibo Observatory, the world's largest single-dish radio telescope.
