The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg is a four-year, public institution of higher education located 35 miles east of Pittsburgh in southwestern Pennsylvania. Founded in 1963, Pitt-Greensburg is one of four campuses of the University of Pittsburgh. The University of Pittsburgh is a state-related research university and one of the nation’s leading public institutions of higher education.
Pitt-Greensburg offers a broad range of academic programs leading to the baccalaureate degree in more than 30 majors. The campus is also home to the University of Pittsburgh’s School of Health Sciences, which offers bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees in a variety of health-related fields.
