Mount Angel Seminary is a Catholic seminary in Oregon, United States. It is located on a hill overlooking the city of Salem. The seminary is operated by the Benedictine monks of Mount Angel Abbey. The seminary was founded in 1887 by the Abbey's first abbot, Dom Sebastian Wyart. The seminary is accredited by the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada. The seminary offers a Master of Divinity degree, as well as Master of Arts degrees in religious studies and pastoral ministry. The seminary also offers a Doctor of Ministry degree. The seminary's campus includes the Mount Angel Abbey Library, which is one of the largest Catholic libraries in the United States.
