Grand View University is a small, private, not-for-profit, four-year liberal arts university located in Des Moines, Iowa. The university was founded in 1896 and is affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. The university offers more than 50 majors and programs, and is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. The university's campus is located on a 100-acre site in the historic Beaverdale neighborhood.
