Catawba College is a private, coeducational college in Catawba, North Carolina, United States. The college enrolls about 1,300 students from over 30 states and more than a dozen countries. It offers more than 50 majors, minors and concentrations. The college is affiliated with the United Methodist Church.

Catawba College was founded in 1851 as a school for boys. It became a junior college in 1931 and a four-year college in 1946. The college moved to its current location in 1961. The college offers a liberal arts education and has been ranked by U.S. News & World Report as one of the top regional colleges in the South.

The college has a strong commitment to service learning and offers a number of service-learning courses. It also has a study abroad program and offers a number of scholarships and financial aid programs.

Catawba College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. It is a member of the Council of Independent Colleges and the Association of Presbyterian Colleges and Universities.
