The Air Force Institute of Technology-Graduate School of Engineering & Management (AFIT-GSE&M) is a graduate school of the United States Air Force. It is located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base near Dayton, Ohio. The school offers masters and doctoral degrees in engineering and management, as well as specialized graduate programs in systems engineering, acquisition management, and other areas.

AFIT-GSE&M is one of five Air Force graduate schools, and is the only one focused exclusively on engineering and management. The school traces its roots back to the Air Force's engineering and scientific research programs of the early 20th century. In its early years, the school offered only a few specialized graduate programs, but today it offers a wide range of programs to meet the needs of the Air Force and the Department of Defense.

The school is organized into four divisions: the Graduate School of Engineering, the Graduate School of Management, the Systems Engineering Division, and the Acquisition Management Division. Each division offers a variety of degree programs, and students can choose to specialize in a particular area of interest. In addition to its degree programs, AFIT-GSE&M also offers a number of research centers and institutes, which provide students with opportunities to conduct cutting-edge research in a variety of fields.

AFIT-GSE&M is accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). The school's engineering programs are also accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of ABET.
