Galen College of Nursing is a for-profit nursing school headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. It was founded in 1989 by the late Bernard J. Galen, M.D., a physician and businessman. The college has campuses in Louisville, Kentucky; Cincinnati, Ohio; San Antonio, Texas; Tampa, Florida; and Jacksonville, Florida.

The college offers a two-year Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) program, a three-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program, and a one-year RN-to-BSN program. The ASN and BSN programs are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). The college is also accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC).

Galen College of Nursing has an enrollment of over 2,000 students. The student-to-faculty ratio is 15-to-1. The average class size is 20 students. The college employs over 200 faculty members.

The college offers a variety of student services, including academic advising, tutoring, and career services. The college also has a student government association, which provides leadership opportunities and organizes social events.
