Regis College is a private Catholic college in Weston, Massachusetts. The college is located on a 100-acre (40.5 ha) wooded campus in the Boston metropolitan area. It is the only Jesuit college in the Boston area and one of 28 Jesuit colleges and universities in the United States. The college offers undergraduate and graduate programs, as well as a doctor of pharmacy degree.

Founded in 1927, the college is named after the 16th-century French Jesuit theologian and philosopher, John Regis. He was known for his work in the area of spirituality and contemplation. The college's seal is based on a drawing by Regis of the Ignatian vision of Christ. The seal is a symbol of the college's Jesuit identity and its commitment to the spiritual formation of its students.

The college was founded in 1927 by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) as a two-year junior college. The first class consisted of just over 100 students. In 1935, the college moved to its current location in Weston and became a four-year institution. In 1937, the college was accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. In 1971, the college became coeducational.

The college offers a liberal arts curriculum and has been ranked by U.S. News & World Report as one of the top regional colleges in the North. The college has also been ranked as one of the best value colleges in the country. The college offers over 50 undergraduate majors and several graduate programs.

The college is home to a number of student organizations, including the Regis College Student Government, which is responsible for representing the student body and advocating for student interests; the Student Activities Board, which organizes campus events; and the Student Ambassadors, who serve as tour guides and ambassadors for the college.

The college also has a number of athletic teams, including men's and women's basketball, cross country, golf, lacrosse, soccer, tennis, and track and field. The college is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and competes in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC).

The college has an enrollment of over 2,000 students, most of whom are undergraduates. The student-to-faculty ratio is 12:1 and the average class size is 20. The college offers a number of scholarships and financial aid programs to help students pay for their education.

The college is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.
