The Massachusetts School of Law (MSL) is an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school located in Andover, Massachusetts. The school was founded in 1988 by MSL Dean and President, Lawrence R. Velvel. The school is known for its low tuition and its emphasis on practical training.

MSL offers a three-year full-time program and a four-year part-time program. The school also offers a number of dual degree programs, including a JD/MBA and a JD/MS in Taxation.

MSL has a diverse student body, with students coming from all over the United States and from a variety of backgrounds. The school has a strong commitment to public service and encourages its students to participate in pro bono work and community service projects.

MSL graduates have gone on to successful careers in law, business, government, and academia. The school's alumni include a United States Senator, a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, and a number of judges and lawyers.
