Magdalen College is one of the constituent colleges of the University of Oxford in England. It was founded in 1458 by William of Waynflete, Bishop of Winchester and Lord Chancellor. The college is situated on Magdalen Bridge, immediately to the east of the High Street. The grounds extend as far as Holywell Ford, and the college owns a number of properties in and around Oxford, including a number of historic buildings.

The college is a self-governing body, and its members are mostly undergraduates and graduates of the University of Oxford. The college's facilities include a library, a chapel, a dining hall, and accommodation for students and fellows. The college also has a number of sports teams, including rowing, cricket, and football.

Magdalen College has a long and distinguished history. It has produced a number of notable alumni, including several British prime ministers, and has been the setting for a number of films and television programmes.
