Lake Forest Graduate School of Management (LFGSM) is a private, for-profit graduate school located in Lake Forest, Illinois. LFGSM offers master's degrees in business administration and management, as well as doctoral degrees in business administration. The school is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

LFGSM was founded in 1957 as the William Rainey Harper College of Business. The school was renamed in 1971 to the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. In 1975, the school was purchased by National Education Corporation. National Education Corporation was acquired by Corinthian Colleges in 2005. Corinthian Colleges filed for bankruptcy in 2015, and LFGSM was sold to Education Management Corporation.

LFGSM has an enrollment of approximately 1,200 students. The majority of students are enrolled in the Master of Business Administration program. The school also offers executive MBA, online MBA, and doctoral programs.

The school's faculty consists of approximately 40 full-time and 60 part-time instructors. The average class size is 20 students.

LFGSM is located on a 40-acre campus in Lake Forest, Illinois. The campus includes six buildings: the Administration Building, the Academic Building, the Student Center, the Library, the Alumni Center, and the Dining Commons.

LFGSM is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. The school's business programs are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs.
