The Institute of American Indian and Alaska Native Culture and Arts Development (IAIANCAD) is a Native American organization dedicated to the advancement of Native American arts and culture. Founded in 1974, IAIANCAD is the oldest and largest Native American arts organization in the United States. IAIANCAD provides support to Native American artists and arts organizations through grants, technical assistance, and training programs. IAIANCAD also promotes the work of Native American artists through exhibitions, public art projects, and educational outreach programs.
