Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM) is a four-year medical school located in Meridian, Idaho. ICOM is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association's Commission on Osteopathic College Accreditation (COCA). ICOM opened in August 2013 and graduated its first class in May 2017.

ICOM offers a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree. The D.O. degree is unique in that it emphasizes the whole person, not just the symptoms of disease. D.O.s are trained to look at the body as a whole and to treat the cause of disease, not just the symptoms.

ICOM's curriculum is designed to prepare students for a career in primary care. The first two years of the curriculum are focused on the basic sciences, while the last two years are focused on clinical rotations. ICOM also offers a unique dual degree program, which allows students to earn a D.O. and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in four years.

In May 2017, ICOM graduated its inaugural class of 115 students. In 2018, ICOM's second class of 115 students graduated. ICOM's third class of 115 students is expected to graduate in May 2019.
