The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS) is a private graduate medical school in New York City. It is part of the Mount Sinai Health System, which includes eight hospitals, and more than 6,000 physicians and scientists. The school was founded in 1963 and is named after billionaire investor Carl Icahn.

The school enrolls about 700 students each year and offers degrees in medicine, biomedical sciences, and bioethics. The school's campus is located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, and its affiliated hospitals include the Mount Sinai Hospital, the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, and the Mount Sinai Queens Hospital Center.

The school is ranked as the 18th best medical school in the United States by U.S. News & World Report. In 2019, ISMMS was ranked as the 11th best medical school for research by the same publication. The school is also a member of the Association of American Medical Colleges and the Council of Ivy Group Presidents.
