Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School (CRCDS) is a private, non-denominational seminary in Rochester, New York. It is one of only a handful of seminaries in the United States that is ecumenical, meaning that it is open to students of all Christian denominations.

CRCDS was founded in 1817 as the Rochester Theological Seminary. It was the first seminary in western New York and the second in the state. The seminary was originally affiliated with the Presbyterian Church, but it became independent in 1962.

CRCDS offers a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree, as well as Master of Arts (M.A.) degrees in Theological Studies and Religion. The M.Div. program is a three-year program that includes coursework in Bible, theology, church history, and practical ministry. The M.A. programs are two-year programs that offer more specialized study in a particular area of interest.

CRCDS is accredited by the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada (ATS). It is also a member of the Rochester Area Colleges Consortium.

The seminary's campus is located in the historic Neighborhood of the Arts district of Rochester. The campus includes several buildings, including the Crozer Mansion, which was built in 1854 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
