Christ the King Seminary is a seminary of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Buffalo, New York. It is located in the town of East Aurora, New York, about 20 miles (32 km) southeast of Buffalo. The seminary offers a Master of Divinity degree, as well as Master of Arts and Master of Arts in Religion degrees. The seminary also offers a three-year Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy program. Christ the King Seminary is accredited by the Association of Theological Schools in the United States and Canada.

The seminary was founded in 1949 by the Most Reverend John O'Hara, Bishop of Buffalo, in response to the post-World War II priest shortage. The seminary's first class of 13 men began studies in September 1950. In 1957, the seminary moved from its downtown Buffalo location to its current location in East Aurora. In 1971, the seminary began offering a Master of Divinity degree. In 1974, the seminary began offering a three-year Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy program. In 1975, the seminary began offering a Master of Arts degree. In 1984, the seminary began offering a Master of Arts in Religion degree.

The seminary's campus includes several buildings, including a chapel, a library, classrooms, and administrative offices. The seminary's library contains more than 80,000 volumes, including a special collection of more than 2,000 volumes on the life and work of Pope John Paul II.

The seminary's faculty includes priests, religious sisters, and lay professors. The seminary's student body includes men from the United States and Canada, as well as men from other countries, such as India, Nigeria, and the Philippines.

The seminary's alumni include priests, religious sisters, and lay ministers who serve in a variety of roles, such as parish priests, chaplains, missionaries, and diocesan administrators.
