The Central Yeshiva Tomchei Tmimim Lubavitz is a yeshiva located in the Crown Heights neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. The yeshiva was founded in 1925 by Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Schneersohn, the sixth Rebbe of the Chabad-Lubavitch Hasidic movement, and is considered the flagship institution of Chabad's educational system. The yeshiva attracts students from all over the world, and its alumni include some of the most prominent rabbis and scholars in the Orthodox Jewish community. The yeshiva's curriculum focuses on the study of Talmud and rabbinic literature, and its students also receive training in Chabad's unique approach to Jewish mysticism and philosophy. In addition to its educational activities, the yeshiva also serves as a center for Chabad's outreach efforts, and its campus houses a number of institutions and organizations dedicated to spreading the teachings of Chabad-Lubavitch to the wider Jewish community.
