California University of Science and Medicine (CUSM) is a private, non-profit medical school located in Colton, California. It was founded in 2015 with the goal of improving healthcare in Inland Southern California by providing more primary care physicians and other health professionals to serve the region. CUSM is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and offers a four-year Doctor of Medicine (MD) program. The school also has a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences (MSBS) program for students interested in pursuing a career in biomedical research.

CUSM's mission is to educate a new generation of primary care physicians and other health professionals who will serve the Inland Southern California region. The school's curriculum is designed to prepare students for a career in primary care medicine with an emphasis on underserved populations. CUSM also offers a unique opportunity for students to complete their third and fourth years of medical school at one of four affiliated teaching hospitals.
