The Appalachian College of Pharmacy (ACP) is a private, non-profit institution located in Grundy, Virginia, United States. It is one of only four pharmacy colleges in Virginia and is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education. The college offers two degree programs: the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and the Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharm). The PharmD program is a four-year program that prepares students for careers as pharmacists in hospitals, clinics, and community pharmacies. The BS Pharm program is a two-year program that prepares students for careers as pharmacy technicians or pharmaceutical sales representatives. ACP also offers a one-year post-baccalaureate PharmD program for students who have already completed a bachelor's degree.

ACP was founded in 2003 by Dr. Jack D. Wheeler and Dr. James W. McGlothlin. The college was created in response to the growing demand for pharmacists in the Appalachian region of the United States. ACP is committed to providing a quality education to its students and to serving the needs of the Appalachian community.

ACP offers a variety of extracurricular activities to its students, including the Student Government Association, the Pharmacy Society, and the Student National Pharmaceutical Association. The college also offers a variety of clubs and organizations, including the American Pharmacists Association, the Virginia Pharmacists Association, and the Student Academy of Pharmacy. ACP is a member of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy and the Association of American Medical Colleges.
