Admission Requirements
Woodland Community College is an open-access, two-year college located in Yolo County, California. The college offers Associate in Arts and Associate in Science degrees, as well as certificates in a variety of occupational and technical areas.
The college has an open-admission policy, meaning that any student who meets the minimum requirements for admission will be accepted. The minimum requirements for admission are as follows:
1. Must be 18 years of age or older, or have a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Must have completed the California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE) or equivalent.
3. Must have completed the Woodland Community College placement test, or have equivalent test scores.
4. Must meet any additional requirements for the specific program of study in which the student intends to enroll.
Once admitted, students must complete an orientation program and meet with a counselor to develop a student education plan.
