Idaho Community Colleges

Idaho’s community colleges provide an array of educational opportunities for students of all ages and backgrounds. The Idaho Community College System (ICCS) consists of seven two-year colleges located throughout the state. These colleges offer a variety of academic programs, including associate degrees, certificates, and diplomas in fields such as business, health care, and technology. The ICCS also offers transfer programs that allow students to transfer credits earned at one college to another, allowing them to complete their degree or certificate in a shorter amount of time. Additionally, the ICCS provides a number of services to assist students in achieving their educational goals, including career counseling, financial aid, and tutoring.

The ICCS is committed to providing quality education to all students. Each college has its own admissions requirements, but all colleges strive to make their programs accessible to all students, regardless of their academic background or financial situation. The ICCS also works to ensure that all students have the support they need to succeed. This includes providing academic advisors and other resources to help students stay on track, as well as providing student support services such as counseling and disability services.

The ICCS is also committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. Each college has policies in place to ensure that all students are treated with respect, and that all students have the opportunity to learn without fear of discrimination or harassment. Additionally, the ICCS provides a number of services to help students stay safe, such as campus safety programs and mental health services.

In addition to academic programs, Idaho’s community colleges also offer a variety of student activities and events. These activities range from intramural sports and clubs to cultural events and performances. The ICCS also encourages students to get involved in their community by offering service learning opportunities and volunteer programs.

Overall, Idaho’s community colleges are committed to providing quality education and a supportive learning environment to all students. From academic programs to student activities, the ICCS provides a wide range of opportunities for students to pursue their educational goals.
