Victoria College is an independent, non-denominational, co-educational, college preparatory day school located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The school was founded in 1836 by John Strachan, the first Anglican Bishop of Toronto. The school is named after Queen Victoria. The school's motto is "Truth, Honour, Courage". The school's crest is a blue shield with three gold lions. The school colours are blue and white.

Victoria College is a member of the Association of Independent Schools of Ontario (AIS Ontario) and the Canadian Accredited Independent Schools (CAIS). The school is also a member of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS) and the Ontario Association of Independent Schools (OAIS).

Victoria College offers a rigorous academic program for students in grades 7-12. The school also offers a wide range of extracurricular activities, including sports, clubs, and service learning opportunities.
