Umpqua Community College (UCC) is a public community college in Douglas County, Oregon, United States. It is the only community college in Oregon that serves more than one county. Founded in 1964, the college has an enrollment of more than 12,000 students. The college offers Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, and Associate of Applied Science degrees, as well as certificate programs.

UCC is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. The college is a member of the Oregon Community College Association and the Association of Oregon Community Colleges.

The main campus of UCC is located in Roseburg, Oregon, on a 177-acre (71 ha) site. The college has two satellite campuses, one in Myrtle Creek and one in Winston. The college also offers classes at eight off-campus locations.

UCC offers a variety of student services, including academic advising, tutoring, and career counseling. The college also has a bookstore, a library, and a child care center.

UCC is governed by a seven-member board of education, which is appointed by the Douglas County Board of Commissioners. The college is administered by a president, who is appointed by the board.

The college was founded in 1964 as the Umpqua Vocational-Technical School. The school was renamed Umpqua Community College in 1974. In 1984, the college moved to its current location in Roseburg.

In the fall of 2014, UCC began offering bachelor's degrees in partnership with Eastern Oregon University. The college also offers a number of online degrees and certificates.

UCC is one of the largest employers in Douglas County, with a staff of more than 400. The college has an annual operating budget of $50 million.
