The Tennessee College of Applied Technology-Memphis (TCAT-M) is a two-year public institution of higher education and a member of the Tennessee Board of Regents system. It is located in Memphis, Tennessee, United States. The college offers Associate of Applied Science degrees, diplomas, and certificates in a variety of occupational fields.

The college was established in 1957 as the Memphis Area Vocational School. It was renamed the Memphis State Technical Institute in 1963 and the Memphis State Technical Community College in 1965. In 2001, the college became a part of the Tennessee Board of Regents system and was renamed the Tennessee College of Applied Technology-Memphis.

TCAT-M is accredited by the Commission of the Council on Occupational Education. The college is also a member of the American Association of Community Colleges and the Association of Community College Trustees.

TCAT-M offers a variety of programs and services to its students. These include academic advising, career counseling, tutoring, and job placement assistance. The college also has a bookstore, a library, and a computer lab.

The Health Sciences division offers programs in dental assisting, emergency medical technology, and nursing. The Industrial and Construction Technologies division offers programs in carpentry, industrial maintenance technology, and welding. The Public Service Technologies division offers programs in criminal justice, fire science, and paralegal studies. The Transportation Technologies division offers programs in automotive technology, collision repair technology, and truck driving.

TCAT-M’s non-academic programs and services include adult education, continuing education, and workforce development. The college also offers a variety of student services, such as academic advising, career counseling, tutoring, and job placement assistance.
