St Cloud Technical and Community College is a public two-year technical and community college in St Cloud, Minnesota. It is a member of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system. The college offers associate's degrees, diplomas, and certificates in more than 50 programs in a variety of fields.

The college was founded in 1948 as St Cloud Technical Institute. It became a community college in 1966 and was renamed St Cloud Technical Community College. In 2003, the college was renamed again to its current name.

The college is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. It is also a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.

The college's main campus is located on the west side of St Cloud, Minnesota. It also has a satellite campus in Waite Park, Minnesota.

The college's athletics teams are known as the Cyclones. The college is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) and competes in Region XIII. The college's men's and women's teams both compete in the Minnesota Community College Athletic Conference (MCCAC).

The college's men's teams include baseball, basketball, cross country, golf, and track & field. The college's women's teams include basketball, cross country, softball, track & field, and volleyball.

The college offers a variety of student services, including academic advising, career counseling, tutoring, and disability services. The college also has a bookstore, a library, and a childcare center.
