Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKCTC) is a public community college in Cumberland, Kentucky. It is part of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS). The college serves the citizens of Bell, Harlan, Knox, Laurel, and Whitley counties in southeastern Kentucky.

SKCTC offers more than 60 associate degree and certificate programs in a variety of areas, including business, health care, technology, and the arts and sciences. The college also offers a number of online and distance learning opportunities.

SKCTC is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). The college is also a member of the Kentucky Association of Community and Technical Colleges (KCTCS) and the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC).

SKCTC has an enrollment of more than 3,000 students and a faculty and staff of more than 400. The college is governed by a nine-member Board of Trustees, which is appointed by the Kentucky Governor.
