Somerset Community College (SCC) is a public, two-year institution of higher education with its main campus in Somerset, Kentucky, United States. It also has campuses in London and Laurel County. It is part of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS). SCC is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) and offers associate degrees and certificates in more than 50 academic and technical programs. The college has an enrollment of approximately 6,000 students.

Somerset Community College was founded in 1965 as Somerset Junior College. It was created by a resolution of the Pulaski County Board of Education to serve the educational needs of the citizens of Pulaski and surrounding counties. The college began with an initial enrollment of 356 students. The first classes were held in September 1967 in temporary quarters at Pulaski County High School. The college moved to its present location on South Highway 27 in 1968. In 1971, the college was renamed Somerset Community College. In 1972, the college began offering its first four-year degree, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Services. In 1974, the Kentucky General Assembly designated Somerset Community College as one of the 16 colleges in the newly created Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS).

Somerset Community College has grown significantly since its founding. The college now offers more than 50 academic and technical programs leading to associate degrees and certificates. The college also offers a variety of continuing education and workforce development programs. SCC has an enrollment of approximately 6,000 students. The college employs more than 400 faculty and staff members.
