Saginaw Chippewa Tribal College (SCTC) is a public, two-year institution of higher education and one of the five federally recognized Native American tribal colleges in Michigan. The college is located on the Isabella Indian Reservation in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. The Saginaw Chippewa Tribe of Michigan established the college in 1993.

SCTC offers Associate of Arts and Associate of Applied Science degrees, as well as certificate programs. The college also provides community education and continuing education courses. SCTC’s academic programs are based on the Anishinaabe culture and values. The college’s mission is to provide quality higher education and training opportunities that are accessible, affordable, and culturally relevant to the Anishinaabe people.

SCTC is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. The college is a member of the American Indian Higher Education Consortium.

SCTC has an enrollment of approximately 300 students. The student body is about evenly split between men and women. The majority of students are enrolled in the college’s Associate of Arts program.

SCTC’s campus covers 100 acres of land. The college’s facilities include a library, a computer lab, a distance learning center, and a fitness center. The college also has a child care center and a community garden.
