SUNY Westchester Community College (WCC) is a two-year community college located in Valhalla, New York, United States. It is part of the State University of New York (SUNY) system. WCC was founded in 1946 as the New York State Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences at White Plains. In 1957, the college moved to its current location in Valhalla. In 1965, the college was renamed Westchester Community College. The college offers associate degrees in arts, science, and applied science, as well as certificates in a variety of fields.

WCC is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. The college's athletic teams compete in the Mid-Hudson Conference of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). The college's men's basketball team has won four NJCAA Division III national championships (1986, 1987, 1988, and 1989).

WCC is located on a 153-acre (62 ha) campus in Valhalla, New York, about 30 miles (48 km) north of New York City. The college has five main academic buildings: the Administration Building, the Student Center, the Library, the Science Building, and the Technology Building. The college also has an on-campus child care center, a fitness center, and an outdoor track and field.

In 1946, the New York State Legislature created the New York State Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences (IAAS) to provide technical and practical education for veterans of World War II. The IAAS was established as a two-year college with campuses in White Plains and Peekskill, New York. In 1957, the college moved to its current location in Valhalla, New York. In 1965, the college was renamed Westchester Community College.

WCC offers associate degrees in arts, science, and applied science, as well as certificates in a variety of fields. The college also offers a number of non-credit courses and programs.
