Roanoke-Chowan Community College is a public, two-year institution of higher education located in the town of Ahoskie, North Carolina, United States. The college serves the rural, northeastern region of the state, an area commonly referred to as the Inner Banks. The college is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award associate degrees. The school's colors are green and white, and its mascot is the Trojan.

The school was established in 1967 as Roanoke-Chowan Junior College and began offering classes in September 1968. The college was founded to provide educational opportunities for the citizens of the rural, northeastern region of North Carolina. The college's name comes from the Roanoke and Chowan rivers, which flow through the region. The school's first president was Dr. John E. Ruffin, Jr.

In its early years, the college operated out of a converted high school building. In 1971, the college moved to its current location on a 110-acre campus. The campus includes several academic and administrative buildings, a library, a student center, and athletic facilities.

The college offers associate degrees in arts, sciences, and applied sciences. The school also offers a number of certificate programs. In addition to its academic programs, the college provides a variety of student services, including tutoring, counseling, and career planning.

The college is governed by a nine-member Board of Trustees, which is appointed by the Governor of North Carolina. The board sets policy for the college and oversees its operation. The college's current president is Dr. Pamela L. Miles.
