Reading Area Community College (RACC) is a two-year institution of higher education located in Reading, Pennsylvania, in the United States. It is one of fourteen community colleges affiliated with the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE). The college offers over 50 academic programs and awards associate degrees. RACC is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.

RACC was established in 1971 as the Reading Area Community College Foundation, Inc. The college opened its doors to students in the fall of 1972. RACC was originally located in the historic Wyomissing Polytechnic Institute building on Penn Street in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. In 1976, the college moved to its current campus on South Fifth Street in Reading. The college has undergone several expansion projects over the years, most recently in 2010.

RACC offers a variety of academic programs leading to an associate degree. These include programs in the arts and sciences, business and industry, health and human services, and public safety and transportation. The college also offers a number of certificate programs.
