Pellissippi State Community College is a public two-year college in Knoxville, Tennessee. It is part of the Tennessee Board of Regents system of colleges and universities. The college offers associate's degrees, certificates, and continuing education opportunities.

Pellissippi State was founded in 1974 as Knoxville State Technical Institute. The name was changed to Pellissippi State Technical Institute in 1979. In 1988, the name was again changed, this time to Pellissippi State Community College.

The college has four campuses in Knoxville: the Hardin Valley Campus, the Magnolia Avenue Campus, the Strawberry Plains Campus, and theDivision Street Campus. The Hardin Valley Campus is the largest of the four campuses, and is home to the college's academic programs. The other campuses house the college's health science programs, technical programs, and continuing education programs.

Pellissippi State offers over 100 academic programs. The most popular programs are in the areas of business, health sciences, and liberal arts. The college also offers a number of online programs.

Pellissippi State is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. The college's nursing program is accredited by the National League for Nursing Accreditation Commission.

Pellissippi State is a member of the Tennessee Association of Colleges and Universities, the American Association of Community Colleges, and the Association of Tennessee Colleges and Universities.
