Ozarka College is a two-year institution of higher education located in the beautiful Ozarks of north central Arkansas. The College offers associate degrees and certificates in a variety of academic and technical areas. Ozarka College is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association.
The College opened its doors in 1975 as a technical institute offering two-year degrees and has since grown to become a comprehensive community college serving the needs of the citizens in the eight counties of the College’s primary service area: Baxter, Boone, Carroll, Marion, Newton, Searcy, Van Buren, and Washington.

The College’s main campus is located in the city of Melbourne, Arkansas, nestled in the Ozark Mountains. The campus is situated on a beautiful 200-acre tract of land and features a variety of academic and support buildings, including a library, computer lab, and student center.
The College also operates a number of off-campus sites throughout its service area, including a technical center in Mountain View, Arkansas, and a career center in Harrison, Arkansas.
