Northwest Mississippi Community College is a two-year public community college serving the northern Mississippi Delta region. The college is located in Senatobia, Mississippi, United States, with satellite campuses in Oxford, Ashland, and Southaven. The college was established in 1948 and its original campus was located in Senatobia. In 1987, the college expanded its services with the opening of a campus in Oxford. In 1998, the college opened a campus in Southaven. In 2001, the college expanded its Ashland campus. The college offers associate's degrees in arts, science, and applied science, as well as certificate programs in various fields of study. The college also offers a variety of continuing education and workforce development programs. Northwest Mississippi Community College is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award associate degrees. The college is a member of the Mississippi Association of Community and Junior Colleges and the American Association of Community Colleges.
