Northshore Technical Community College (NTCC) is a public, two-year technical college located in Louisiana, United States. NTCC serves a nine-parish area in the southeastern portion of the state and offers associate degrees, technical diplomas, and certificate programs in a variety of occupational areas. The college also provides customized training for business and industry.

NTCC was established in 1966 as a result of a study conducted by the Louisiana State Legislature which found a need for a technical college in the nine-parish area. The college opened its doors in September 1967 with classes held at night in local high schools. In 1968, the college moved to its current location in Lacombe, Louisiana and began offering daytime classes.

NTCC has grown significantly since its inception and now offers over 50 programs of study. The college has also expanded its facilities and now includes a library, computer labs, and a variety of specialized equipment and resources.

NTCC is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges and is a member of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System. The college is committed to providing quality education and training opportunities that lead to successful careers.
