Northeast Community College (NECC) is a public community college in Norfolk, Nebraska, United States. It is part of the Nebraska Community College System. NECC has an enrollment of over 4,200 students. NECC was founded in 1973, and its first classes were held in 1974. The college was originally located in a former high school building in downtown Norfolk. In 1976, the college moved to its current campus on the outskirts of town.
