Neosho County Community College is a two-year public institution of higher education located in Chanute, Kansas, United States. The college is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. NCCC offers associate degrees and certificate programs in a variety of fields, including business, health sciences, liberal arts, and technology.

NCCC was founded in 1965 and is part of the Kansas Community College System. The college's main campus is located on a 150-acre (61 ha) site in Chanute, with additional campuses in Erie and Fredonia. NCCC serves a five-county area in southeast Kansas.
