Prospective students can apply for admission to NVC online or in person. Once an application has been submitted, students will be contacted by the college to schedule an assessment appointment. The assessment appointment is used to determine which courses the student will need to take to be successful in college-level coursework.
After the assessment appointment, students will meet with a counselor to develop a student education plan. The student education plan will outline the student's academic goals and the courses needed to achieve those goals.
Once the student education plan is complete, students can register for classes and begin their studies at Napa Valley College.
