Miles Community College (MCC) is a public community college in Miles City, Montana. Founded in 1939, MCC is a two-year institution and the oldest community college in Montana. MCC offers Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, and Associate of Applied Science degrees, as well as certificates in a variety of career and technical fields. The college also provides adult basic education, GED preparation, and English as a Second Language courses.

MCC is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. The college’s nursing program is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, and its cosmetology program is accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts and Sciences.

MCC’s main campus is located on a 40-acre (16 ha) site in Miles City, and the college also has a branch campus in Glasgow, Montana. The Miles City campus includes a variety of academic and support buildings, as well as athletic facilities and on-campus housing. The Glasgow campus offers career and technical education programs, and includes a library, computer lab, and classrooms.

MCC is governed by an eight-member Board of Trustees, which includes six members appointed by the Montana Board of Regents and two student trustees. The college is led by President Stacy Klippenstein, who has held the position since 2014.

MCC enrolls approximately 1,500 students annually, and the college’s student body is diverse in age, ethnicity, and background. The majority of MCC students are Montana residents, and many are the first in their families to attend college.
