Louisiana Delta Community College (LDCC) is a two-year public institution of higher education located in Monroe, Louisiana, United States. It is part of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System. The College serves the parishes of Ouachita, Morehouse, East Carroll, Madison, Franklin, and Tensas.

LDCC was established in 1998 by the Louisiana Legislature as one of the state’s first community and technical colleges. The College opened its doors to students in the fall of 1999.

The College offers associate degrees, technical diplomas, and certificates in more than 50 programs of study. LDCC also offers a variety of adult education and workforce development programs.

LDCC is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges to award associate degrees.

The College has an enrollment of more than 4,000 students. LDCC is a member of the Louisiana Association of Community and Technical Colleges and the American Association of Community Colleges.
